anyone saw these condos....I went to see them and they are nice but I just wanted to know if they are worth to buy. Compared to canco they are closer. I would love to know what someone that bought here thinks..??

I wouldn't reccomend them...they are limited on space and I have hear them having issues with mice. Plus the cost of the maintenence fee's are VERY high.

I went and saw the property, didn't like the feel of the building as some floor creaked when I walk on them. Location is nice. Price wise, I think they are pretty reasonable. Maintenance is basically expected of a refurb since there will eventually be repairs that is necessary. Overall, I was turned away by a combination of several factors.
