Back in early August I posted about the condo auction of 2 & 3 bedroom condos located at 1300 Park Avenue in Hoboken. A total of 8 condos were auctioned off that evening by Sheldon Good & Company, a New York based auction house. Now almost a month and a half later I receive an email saying that 3 units have come back on the market.
