I am in the process of finish a custom home I built in north caldwell, nj. i'd like to market it as a FSBO, and have a few questions. can i get the site in the nj/garden state mls so that it syndicates to all the brokerage sites, realtor.com, trulia, etc? will street easy pick it up if its in the mls? Also, I've created a website to market the property, and would appreciate any feedback from realtors regarding the text and images. the site I created is at www.4roosevelt.com. I also put the URL on the sign outside the home. Any other suggestions to gain maximum exposure and traffic would be appreciated. Thanks.
From what I can tell, Streeteasy is not linked into the mls. The mls' in New Jersey are not very forward thinking. None of the national internet brokerages are in NJ like Zip, Redfin, & Iggys House. I don't think there is any service that will upload your FSBO into the mls, but you might find a Realtor who will do it for a small fee.
