Roger+Marvel Architects with developer Jesse Keyes designed One 7th as a sculptural approach to living, highlighting how a unique space can manifest personal creativity. One 7th, a condominium development, is a new angle in luxury loft design. It is the first full floor triangular residence ever, catered to the buyer craving a different point of view. A prism of glass on the Southwest corner highlights the 45 degree angle living room. Full floor residences offer an interplay between the manganese iron speck brick facade and the undulating floor to ceiling fenestration.

One 7th features three full-floor residences with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as one duplex penthouse with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a private roof terrace. Each of its four residences offer sprawling layouts with 10 ft ceilings, direct elevator entrance with magnetic locking system, walk-in closets, wide strip dark walnut flooring throughout, solid core wood doors, oversized floor to ceiling windows, Bosch washer/dryer and wireless modems. In addition, each residence enjoys access to storage units in the basement.

The three full-floor condos have balconies with integrated planter systems and space-saving retractable stainless steel seats whereas the duplex penthouse features a wrap around 617SF terrace on the 2nd level as well as a 344SF terrace on third level.
