Building: 15 Union Square West in Flatiron
15USW is the 21st century artistic metamorphosis of Tiffany & Company’s 19th century headquarters overlooking historic Union Square. The architectural design team of Perkins Eastman lead by Eran Chen has preserved the original sculpted cast-iron facade of arched windows, displaying it like a jewel within a vitrine of glass. In addition, six stories of unique penthouses with oversized terraces and gas fireplaces are constructed on top. The result will be 36 residences with an exclusive line of kitchen and bathroom fixtures manufactured by Sherle Wagner, lobby and amenities spaces, which are all custom-designed by world renowned interior designer Vicente Wolf. 15USW offers luxurious five star hotel worthy amenities: fitness center, 50 lap swimming pool, and concierge services by Luxury Attaché. All residences feature 5” wide Maple floors throughout and top of the line appliances: Viking, Sub-Zero and Miele, including a laundry room with a Miele washer/dryer and Crestron Home Technology System.
