A Florida native, Tracie has called New York her home since 1996, when she graduated from the University of Florida with degrees in Finance and English. Prior to commencing her career in real estate, Tracie worked as a consulting manager in Accenture’s Capital Markets Group for seven years, advising senior executives on their company strategic initiatives, new business ventures and global communications efforts.

Tracie is passionate about New York City in general and real estate in specific; she is fascinated by the intricacies of the Manhattan market and loves helping to make an individual’s transition into or out of a home as smooth and seamless as possible. She takes her responsibility seriously, and both buyers and sellers benefit from her experience, intuition and business savvy. Tracie works in all areas of New York and helps clients with their unique needs in a professional and attentive way. She truly loves what she does, and it shows in the quality of her interactions and follow up with all parties.

Named 2003 Rookie of the Year, Tracie has lived up to that promise to become one of the company’s top 25 producers for the past three years, and was deemed the 2004 Highest Earner for her office, the Top Sales Agent and Top Rental Agent for her office in 2005, and the Top Sales Agent for her office in 2006. Additionally, Tracie holds her Florida broker’s license, specializing in the Downtown Miami and Miami Beach area. When not hard at work, Tracie enjoys traveling, running, writing, cooking, golfing, practicing her Spanish and attempting to learn French and Italian.
