Originally from Philadelphia, Andrew moved to New York City after graduating from college to pursue a career with the Secret Service. While looking to purchase his own home Andrew became fascinated with the New York City Real Estate market and all of the diverse neighborhoods within the City. “I instantly knew I would be making a career change.” Andrew has recently begun to focus on the development of new construction and the conversion of loft buildings into residential condominiums using his knowledge to assist developers in the sales and marketing of these projects. He has successfully completed sales at One Kenmare Square. This has been SOHO’s most successful residential development to date, breaking every record in price per square foot and speed of sellout. Andrew also successfully sold 76 Madison Avenue, a loft conversion consisting of 14 floors and a total of 31 high end homes. In 2006, Andrew began sales at the Charleston, a 22 story luxury condominium in the heart of Murray Hill. While completing more than 85% of sales at the Charleston, Andrew was simultaneously the Sales Manager at the Chelsea Stratus, Chelsea’s tallest ever condominium. With over 170 units sold in the Stratus in less than seven months, and over 300 total Manhattan apartments sold in 2007 alone, Andrew has solidified himself as one of New York City’s top Residential brokers.
