Tom Postilio of CORE

Tom Postilio is a founding member of CORE Group Marketing. Having joined CORE directly from New York’s largest real estate brokerage as part of its number one team, Tom is a highly sought after real estate expert with incredible market knowledge, exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Tom has been directly involved with on-site sales at several major new development projects, both conversions and new construction alike, selling a combined total of over $500M and in each instance greatly exceeding the initial sales expectations. In addition to his in-depth experience with development marketing, Tom works with individual buyers and sellers and has consistently been described by clients and colleagues alike as a pleasure to work with. His instincts and empathic nature enable him to quickly determine the needs of his clients ensuring that each transaction is successful and enjoyable for all parties involved.

Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Tom performed extensively as a professional singer of the great American songbook, traveling all over the world and appearing in such venues as the Hollywood Bowl and New York’s legendary Rainbow Room. His professional stage experience and his work as a concert and special events producer has put him in touch with people from all walks of life in every cultural climate.

Born and raised in New York, Tom currently lives in a midtown Manhattan condo and is a proud New Yorker thrilled by the electricity of the city, the endless opportunity it offers and the diversity and determination of its residents.
