Stephanie Davis of Mark David
Stephanie Davis, Director of Client Relations/Business Development, joined the brokerage company, Mark David & Company in February 2007. With over seven years of experience on the real estate landscape, Stephanie has sold over 30 apartments in Manhattan, built the The Mark David Group, A Division of Sales, from the ground up, forged integral relationships, conducted First Time Buyer Seminars at NYU and for the general public, and has amassed a long standing clientele base since she started with Mark David.
In the past year she has worked closely with The Mark David Group to reach $40 Million in sales volume with 13 sales agents, and the sales volume and group continue to grow. Stephanie also continues to sell and rent prime New York City apartments and properties with her partner Matthew Drennan (Team Davis Drennan).
Specializing in Manhattan’s Upper East Side and 42nd Street and below, Stephanie is an expert at putting together sale and rental co-op board packages as well as prepping clients for board interviews. She has never had a board turn down. She has sold a variety of apartments, anywhere from multi-million dollar properties to budget studios in Manhattan. She works directly with buyers and sellers.
Prior to Mark David & Company, Stephanie Davis worked at Manhattan residential brokerage, Halstead Property. She worked under one of the top-producing brokers where she later “graduated” to working on her own.
Stephanie first discovered her love for real estate while working with a broker to find an apartment. After graduating from the university, she pursued her career in real estate by working for a boutique brokerage firm in Murray Hill in 2001. There she excelled as the top rental agent closing over 200 deals for the brokerage during her employment.
Stephanie Davis has an extensive background in not-for-profit work. She is most noted for founding, creating, and managing a successful Downtown theatre company which has been in existence for over six years.
