Wilbur Gonzalez
Wilbur Gonzalez, senior vice president of Brown Harris Stevens and managing director of ID Marketing Group brings more than a decade of experience in luxury residential real estate with exceptional results. His success is a blend of top-notch negotiating skills, creative marketing and a confidence in the market. "I love the diversity, energy and architectural beauty of New York. Wendy Maitland

Reid Price
Much of Reid's 11 year career has been focused on residential new development. As Vice President at Prudential Douglas Elliman, Reid played a vital role in the marketing and sales of 13 condominium developments throughout the Flatiron, Chelsea, SoHo, Tribeca and the Financial District. He later went on to The Sunshine Group and served as the on-site senior marketing and sales director for premier developments including the Hubert, Spring, RiverLofts and Downtown by Starck. Under Reid's leadership each of these developments achieved record breaking sales.
In addition to Reid's diverse skills and leadership having earned him stellar track-record, with over $800 million in sales throughout Manhattan, he is universally well-liked and highly respected amongst colleagues and loyal clients alike.
