A born and bred New Yorker (originally from Hudson Valley), Mosheh moved to Brooklyn in 2000 to continue his education and begin his life in the big city. Although Brooklyn is, and in his words “always will be” the place he calls home, Mosheh loves traveling and acquainting himself with other cultures. A year of College in Israel and four consecutive summers of Peace Corps missions to Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Republics, Russia and East Asia, were all experiences that formed the person he is today. “Working with underprivileged children during those summers was the most fulfilling experience of my life,” he says. “That's not to say I wasn't fascinated by the amazing architectures and designs of cities like Venice, Prague and Vienna.”
In choosing a career, Mosheh wanted to combine his entrepreneurial knack, love for helping people, and his eye for design and architecture. Those three qualities came together to help him be the perfect Real Estate Agent. Working with buyers, sellers or renters dealing with co-ops, condos or townhouses, Mosheh's number one goal is to make the process as smooth as possible for everybody involved. His friendly demeanor and easy-going attitude are only surpassed by his resourcefulness and determination.
Following a year at a boutique Manhattan rental firm, Mosheh worked with Century 21 NY Metro for one-and-a-half years as a sales agent. In November of 2007, Mosheh joined Halstead Property. “It seems like the obvious move,” he says. “My home, my work and my heart are in this borough, and I should be part of Brooklyn's best Real Estate Brokerage.” In all his interactions, Mosheh has built himself a reputation of honesty and integrity. He has excelled in developing a strong rapport with his clients while working on sales with corporate relocation and interacting with developers on new projects.
In addition to his work, Mosheh is completing his BS in Business Management and Finance, with a concentration in Marketing. To relax, he enjoys going to the wonderful attractions New York has to offer. He also likes wood-working and playing the guitar. In consistence with his belief of giving back to the community, ten percent of all his commissions are distributed to charities, aimed at improving human life – locally and around the world.
