Marisa Sargent of Modlin Group

Marisa Sargent joined The Modlin Group in 2007 as the newest member of this very successful real estate group. Prior to joining The Modlin Group, Marisa worked at Sotheby’s International Realty for three years, where she handled over $90 million in high profile sales with a Senior Vice President. Her success at Sotheby’s was attributed to providing an outstanding level of service, attention to detail and a conscientious awareness of the needs of each client. Discretion and confidentiality are two key elements of Marisa’s business practices.

Marisa, a native New Yorker, graduated with top honors from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. The urban setting of that campus gave her an early appreciation and knowledge of Manhattan real estate. That appreciation manifests itself in her sharp eye towards pricing and value of the properties she represents. Marisa’s interests include theater and sports. She is a former All- Long Island top ten ranked basketball player and Varsity captain. She brings to the real estate field, the same competitiveness and drive that were honed in that athletic arena.
