Elliott Lokitz is a Vice President of The Corcoran Group, and a member of The President’s Council, comprised of the top 25 brokers of Corcoran. He is also a Certified Relocation Specialist, and a broker member of The Real Estate Board of New York. Elliott and his wife Sheila, a Senior Vice President at The Corcoran Group, together with their team, service an extensive client base of high-profile individuals, families, and companies, which include many of America’s leading corporations.

Elliott joined Sheila in her real estate business 8 years ago. Today they rank in the top 2% of all agents nationwide. Elliott’s extensive business, financial and marketing experience has brought exceptional depth to their real estate work. His wealth of market knowledge, and sensitivity to both the client’s requirements and desires, ensure that the process will be easier with a much higher probability of success. Elliott provides his total dedication to every customer, whether a buyer or a seller, building lasting relationships and continuing referrals. Customers relocating here from out of town or out of the country rely on him for that extra guidance and support so often needed with major moves.

Elliott is also an experienced real estate investment professional. Having actually owned and leased a variety of retail and industrial properties during his career, has given him a rare prospective. The combination of his financial and real estate expertise enables Elliott to advise and assist investors, so that they may ultimately achieve their objectives and financial goals.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Elliott began his business studies at New York University and completed them at UCLA in California. There, he met and married his wife Sheila. They have partnered both personally and professionally for many years. Elliott first made his mark in the apparel industry. He began his career in retailing, moved on to importing; and then with Sheila founded a manufacturing business, which ultimately became one of the largest brand name children’s-wear businesses in the country. He and Sheila also owned and ran an upscale specialty store in Beverly Hills, before their business, and the attraction of our great city, brought them back to New York.

Elliott and Sheila are Upper East Side residents. They have two grown daughters that still reside in Los Angeles, one of whom is an Associate Realtor with our sister company, Coldwell Banker, in Beverly Hills.
