PS 16’s mission is to provide quality education which fulfills the learning needs of the students, help all students achieve excellence, and develop values and skills necessary to become productive citizens. To these ends, an enhanced learning environment, characterized by respect for individuality and proper behavior, the instilling of self-esteem, and appreciation of multicultural experiences will be provided in an active collaboration between school and parents.
