At PS 191 our mission is threefold: to help students develop as independent, creative learners who communicate clearly, behave responsibly, and become responsible members of our community; to guide students in exploring ideas through work and play, and in constructing meaning from both individual and group experiences; and to support teachers, parents, and other caregivers as they seek to create nurturing learning environments for our students.
