Does anyone know if the noise issue from the ventilation system of the adjacent school roof has been resolved?

Despite the ad copy, based on the number of days listed, this does not appear to be a very motivated seller. Clearly the market is saying the asking price is not in the ball park. The property will sit.

I know I know. There are about 100 units on uws asking above $3mm, that probably traded at $2mm ish near 2007, WTF r they smoking? I think I'm going over the top and looking at $5mm units and above. If they can ask pie in the sky prices, I'll counter with pie in the sky bids but I've got the ' the king of cash flow' on my side. Flmao.

We are the brokers for the sale of this apartment. The comment about the next door ventilation system is absolutely untrue. There are no sounds other than normal NYC street noise when the windows are opened. When closed, it's very quiet.
