$850K for a 1-bedroom in a dicey neighborhood in Brooklyn? For $30K more I saw a TWO bedroom listed on Lower Fifth Avenue (in Manhattan) in a white glove doorman building!

in Feb 2008 there was a sucker born every minute. i'm guessing that the buyer didn't realize that walking away was better then closing on the unit. now the unit can't cost more than $600K and that's a streachhhhhhhhhh.
