It's a free country, so ask whatever you want...but I don't see how you can rationalize a 100% price increase over the 11B sale in 2004.

No - there is a guest bath in the entry hall, plus two full baths for each bedroom. Nice layout, really!

Whoops - meant to say that there is a full bath for each BR, plus a half bath in the hallway - sorry.
