Tournament Begins July 2, 2009.
Tournament Ends with closed published sales no later than September 30,2009.
The Contest:
Who catches the biggest fish!
We are judging the largest precentage decrease in a closed sale against the peak comp for that property. Your find will be judged by your ability to find that great sale plus you ability to comp out a peak sale to justify the size of your catch. This is a contest of searching out sales and, it is also a contest at your ability to find convincing comps. The SE community will judge your finds and abilities. On or about October first I will anounce the 3 finalist unless there is one obvious winner.
Your Prize will be the adulation and admiration of all SE posters.
So, get out there, start fishing...let the games begin!
hey kleenex,
You posts indicate that you might be bored and unintelligent. Why don't you open an MS word program and tpye your posts first...read them out loud so you have an chance to NOT post them. If you keep putting in your 2 cents and it's not even worth that then even more posters will realize that you have a learning disability. Going forward, If I know you loged on I'll make evey effort to type slow on your behalf.
Just to be clear: we're talking about seeing a sale closing, then discovering it as being the "biggest loser", as opposed to trying to pick now/before closing which units will close and be the biggest losers?
falco, that wasn't my question: the question is when do you have to pick (before or after it closes). And I guess how many times can you enter? OW people can just do every sale and it's just a race to see who gets a sale in first (talk about a "race notice" state.......... I little RE humour... yeah, I know... very little).

Can we also have a prize for largest documented realized loss?
Paper loss isn't meaningful to some people.
30yrs...you are correct. Got to see the sale close.

Sounds more like a bridge to me.
