Does anyone either live in this building or know someone who does live there? We are looking to buy a two bedroom condo in the UES east of Lexington. We've looked at a few other buildings, but haven't heard anything good/bad about this new building.

Any info about this building would be welcome.

All the sellers are asking more than they paid in 2005/2006. Not going to happen.
