Just wondering if there is a problem with the "C" line apartments. Three listed for sale, three sold in the past few years. Any thoughts?

I looked at 7c (I think) a couple of years ago. Nothing wrong with it, though they did raise the maintenance just before it sold. Otherwise it was a well-priced place in decent shape (needed a bit of a reno though)
