very interesting -- feel sorry for Charie -- we offered him more than 1.3 million almost 2 years ago for his property on 119th and he scoffed at the notion.
"I would rather rent first, and there are some Europeans who are ready to buy it at full price."
Oh well.

I should send Mr Sozio a flag -- we are ready to buy an approprtiately priced property in the area of interest. Half a million for a shell in the area S of 125th would be just fine, thank you.
If he has such a property he should jump up and down with some glee.

Seriously, this article should be very influential. Realtors seem to use such articles very effectively. Um... a Columbia Prof just paid $2.6 million for this sorry townhouse per NYT -- just look at the one I have -- clearly worth more and available for only 2.3

Would love to see how the latest article is spun.
