Discussion about The Brompton at 205 East 85th Street in Yorkville
Anybody has any infos on the Lucida entrance beeing at 151 east 85th street(the entrance is now at 1269 lexinton) any brompton buyer visited the sales office at the Lucida and was told the entrance willbe on 85th just like the Brompton? thanks

much ado about nothing. Maybe if it was Park Avenue a case could be made the property derived value from the numerical address. Don't create issues for yourself where one does not exist.
