great space! only problem is that it is advertised as having a new kitchen etc and it is absolutely un-true. It is said that there is central air conditioning but there are no ducts from where the air comes our, solely an a/c controler on the wall. In addition to the mis-representation... there are water leeks in both the skylight as well as the windows facing west. Seems like the space would be great for the right price, but as it stands now you would have to pour more money into it just to have it be at the value it is being sold at resently.

Broker was in a rush. I get a very shady feeling from all the misconceptions. Price needs to come down.
