Does this price make sense to anyone? Looks like seller bought it May '08 for 3.215M at 1,503/sqft and just listed it at 1,778/sqft. (3.79M) I can't pull up the old listing but it seems from the description that it was already renovated last year so the price increase shouldn't be about renovation costs. Is it me or does this seem really unreasonable for this market? Thanks for your thoughts.

new construction. trying to recoup transaction costs. no old listing as was bought from developer.

very overpriced corridor. if you're interested in that area best to wait.

I totally missed the new const. thing. Thanks.

I might have been interested in the apartment, but I'm not the least bit interested in paying someone else's transaction costs. Makes the seller look greedy imo. Will not be saving this listing. Thanks to SE for this valuable resource.

interesting. Makes the listing all the more obnoxious. I really don't get it... someone didn't get the message that it's a buyer's market.
