Not to throw more anxiety into buyers psyche but you know what a weak dollar means for Manhattan real estate(the world's best city). It means more Irish carpenters looking overseas.

We're marking a short term top here at 1067-1070 s&p. Next big move for s&pee should be down, target: 975.
Bonds are screaming at us...NOT SO FAST BUDDY.

Don't confuse my longer term outlook with my short term outlook (dips should be bought).
Lower grade corporate debt continues to rally (follow the leader).

In times of need, it's our buddy in UK that did most of the lifting for us. In over a year, treasury notes for UK is up over 250%!!!! Yes, that's 250%!!!! Oh my.

Lots of volatility assumptions for the market are based on normal distribution. But what if this is wrong, and it's not a bell curve, but a Power curve. If that's true, and I kind of like this theory, the market will for the most part igore dollar weakness and rising gold prices, until we see a large moe and then PANIC SELLING!
