Discussion about 55 Berry Street #5D
How can an apartment that was listed for sale in 2007 at $745k currently be listed at $859k? This one has a lot of price chopping to go.

At well over $700 pf in Billyburg, the seller can't be serious. Most people in that bldg. probably bought at the VERY PEAK of the market between 2006 and 2007, which may explain the fact that over-pricing seems common in that bldg.
