Sounds like a fascinating concept.

However, I would want to be very, very confident in the company's financial ability to deliver what it promises. Wouldn't take much to bankrupt a small start-up company like this.

the only safe way this could work is with a fully insured product. the same insurance companies that pay to rebuild your home after a fire can insure the value of your home. Google: Price Drop Insurance, or Market Value Warranty GDI Insurance for information on the only insured program.
