The listing shows a studio going for $1695. Is it really possible to get a studio in this (semi?) luxury building for less than $2000? I haven't seen that with other high rises. Or is this the asking price for the linen closet? I'd really appreciate any insight and advice on whether or not this is worth a look. Thank you!!
I would be very cautious about this bldg. Google the Greystone Apts and read its history. I have seen the studios and they are tiny. Its like living in a dorm room and most studios face the inside which is very dark. They have dropped the prices big time over the past year and even threw in 1-2 months rent to get rid of their huge inventory. Even now, its not a good deal for the size. Prices should drop again this winter. I also heard that they have a rodent problem as a result to all the construction.

WOW are those tiny Studios. I mean really tiny.
Most studios would be considered small at 12 x 18 and that wouldn't even include the kitchen. These are 10 x 18 INCLUDING the kitchen.
And since when is the Greystone a "luxury" building?
lol, i guess i don't know what a luxury building is! thanks for the info
