(Discussing listing at 381 Lenox Avenue) WHY IS THESE EXPENSIVE CONDOS BEING BUILD IN A POOR NEIGHBORHOOD? AFRICAN AMERICAN ARE MERELY BEING PUSHED OUT THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD. IT WILL NO LONGER BE BLACK HARLEM, IT IS VERY OFFENSIVE TO US POOR PEOPLE IN HARLEM. WE ARE BEING PUSHED BACK TO THE SOUTH. WE WERE BROUGHT HERE AND NOW THEY WANT TO KICK US OUT.

It's happening in many neighborhoods, Harlem was actually late considering the great location. It's about economics, not race. It affects white middle class in Mitchell Lama, little old ladies in Hell's Kitchen, and people from everywhere in Brooklyn. It's NY. It's always changing.
