Discussion about 1 Dutch Street in Fulton/Seaport
Anybody have any thoughts on this building? The finishes look nice and the apartments are priced pretty well. Only downside seems to be the poor views.

Be very cautious - the building is being marketed by Jim Brawders of Corcoran and nothing he says can be believed - check out the discussions about Tribeca Space (the other big project Jim's currently handling) on streeteasy and curbed and see the following blog about Tribeca Space - http://tribecaspace25murray.blogspot.com. Don't let the same thing that's happened to the buyers of Tribeca Space happen to you!!!
