Discussion about District at 111 Fulton Street in Fulton/Seaport
What do people think of this building? I'm very impressed with the amenities and the price is about 1000 sq/ft.

we have heard the same. we put a deposit down on a unit a year and a half ago and are walking away at closing because in this market it does not make sense for us to be strapped into such a large investment.

First two closings have happened - looks like one already on the market for sale at $715,000.
