Do a search over at curbed. There's a lot of hate for it due to location (it sits almost on top of the Williamsburg Bridge) and there have been some price cuts. At some point it may be worth the investment, but I think you could do better elsewhere, and if you're looking for a home and not an investment, Williamsburg itself is probably a better bet.

Agree w/ bjw2103. Snarky Curbed commentary aside, there was some good info about the very inexperienced developer and shoddy construction. It is also not the "hot" LES, but the totally sketchy LES, built feet away from the bridge, very near the projects and far from the trains. If pets aren't an issue, you can find dozens of available apartments of all sizes with doormen, gym and laundry for a little over $600/sf and minescule maintenance right across the street in Co-op Village.

There are only 3 in contract after a good while being marketed (the developer used someone else before switching to Elliman). I would expect significant price drops before it's over.
