This one's even weirder in the same building - price dropped $200K 2 weeks ago and then just went back up $200K. Enjoy the ride.

several apts in that building had price reduced by a lot of $. Is this a mistake??

Prob not - IMO these apartments weren't priced very competitively to begin with. Check out the monthly carrying costs.
