I love how Prudential blends actual pictures of the living room and kitchen with a rendering of a high-end bathroom. What, they ran out of batteries when photographing the place and couldn't complete the bathroom? So shameful.

I had a foot in mouth incident recently. Met a friend of a friend and NYC real estate came up. She said, what about around 34th Street and 2nd Avenue. I just shook my head and proceeded to tell her what was wrong with the area. Then she said she bought at the Charleston. Oops... I mean for her.

willie--area is nice, just Charleston is not very desireable...34th street, next to tunnel exit, limited views. The tax abatement when runs out is going to cause the real estate taxes to be astronimical. 34th street is very busy, lots of traffic...
