I recently sublet my coop and am trying to find a store that sells the evacuation notices required to be posted on the back of the door of each apartment. Anyone know of an online store or a buidling supply store in midtown or UES Manhattan that sells these forms? Any other NYC/S required notices other than the annual window guard and fire saftey plans (which will come from the managing agent)?

Ah - managing agent; maybe they would know where to get them.
