Discussion about 100 West 18th Street in Chelsea
where are all the closed sales? When we went to visit this apartment over two months ago (before Modells moved in the second floor) we were told they had only 3 apartments left in the building and were starting closings that week...

Looks like the first closing was very recent, so I suspect we'll see some in the next two weeks.
