Use "Find Addresses and Parcels" to turn the address into a BBL, then click "Document Search by BBL." Under "Select Document Class" choose "Other Documents" and click Search to get unit prices.

you can also try propertyshark.com - it won't allow you to access the documents filed with the city like ACRIS but it will usually have the stats for several apartments in the building.

Tenemental - I'm sorry but......I just don't get it. I'm trying to find sales at The Cielo - 450 East 83rd Street. But when I put in the address it gives asks me to put in a unit number. I don't have one - I'm trying to get all of the sold listings. Can you help again??? Sorry for being a pain.
Well, I think I just learned something new about ACRIS. It's entirely concieveable that I've never used it to look up a condo, only co-ops. Now that I think about it, it's not surprising that the records are kept differently. After checking StreetEasy records a few times against ACRIS in the past I felt confident that SE was accurate and rarely look at ACRIS anymore.

If you DO add the unit number, and the "Select Document Class" field is set to "Deeds and Other Conveyances," the search will show you the sales price for the specific unit. So it's only one unit at a time.
But you know what? StreetEasy shows dozens of completed sales at the Cielo, dating back to April 06, when closings probably started. I checked two of the prices and, as always, they were accurate to what's on ACRIS. All you need is an Insider account, the best $10 you'll spend each month.
How can I confirm if the sales stats that streeteasy lists are accurate?
You can check ACRIS records which rely on the documents filed with the city but I think that's what streeteasy's stats are based on.
