Hi - I'm looking for estimates (what you've seen from experience) as to how much this project should cost:

Partially renovate a 680 sft coop on Riv. Drive. The bathroom and bedroom was done last year, so we're looking at kitchen, front closet for the major stuff. New skim coating on walls in living room and take the paint off of the beams in the living room. Before I tell you what the estimates I've received are...how much should this cost?

It depends on the materials you use, especially in the kitchen. High end, low end, etc.

I will be going high-end, but not super lex high-end. I plan on selling the apt. in the next 5 years, so will keep it neutral, but want all of the buzz words....Viking, Sub-Zero, Bosch, etc.

I would guess around $30,000.

The quote I got was around $70,000, which is what I was expecting. The front closet is big but not very functional, so I want to open it up and add shelves, storage, etc. I am willing to spend money on a knockout closet bc I think I will get the money back when I go to sell it.
