Anyone have any information on those buildings on management, amenities that they don't have that don't make it worth it, etc?

Here is the most important piece of info you seem to need... Bridge Street isn't DUMBO, its vinegar hill.... I figure not being in the neighborhood they claim is a pretty lousy amenity.

I thought that 50 Bridge was "technically" in DUMBO but 79 not so much. Thanks for the info.

Uh, neither. Both are just as far from DUMBO. Bridge runs North-South, and Dumbo is to the WEST.... 50 is just closer to the water, not DUMBO.
