Does anybody know what's going on with sales at the Azure. It appears that the units have been taken off the market. Are they going to be placed with another broker, rented out or what. I really liked these places but they are having trouble getting a certificate of occupancy.
THe developers pulled there units off the market while they had 3 contracts out because they wanted more $. Obviously these real estate geneuses know something that others don't, when things don't sell at one price, raise the price and they will sell like hotcakes.
I would stay far away from the developers of this roperty. After what they pulled, Corcoran is no longer representing them on any property.
