sales started in March, yes they are new.

I've seen them. They're nice. Location isn't exactly subway convenient: Graham L is closest, about 10 short-blocks south. Also kinda close to the BQE. Finishes are standard "Developer's Group". Seems like the building hasn't closed yet, or else there would be sales listed instead of "previous listings." Anyone know when they're gonna close?

i believe they are closed. we were told ppl were living there.
