I actually really like the layout (would rather have a 2nd bedroom than a 2nd bath). However, the fact that there are no real pictures of the bathroom nor kitchen make me pause, despite the "triple mint" description; This apartment falls in my "location and size niche", and I do think it's overpriced. I doubt it will have to go below 800, I'd put it closer to 900 (my bet on what it will go for, not what I'd pay for it). We'll see.
What do people think this apartment is worth?
layout is a little odd, but workable. only 1 bath- location is okay. i would wait until this place drops a little further. try 750/sq ft @900k
It's also 1100 not 1200 but everyone lies. I think $900s is more like it than the asking price.

Look at 32 w 82. The broker is on dope. It's not a doorman building. And its actually under 1000 sqft.
