Someone referred somebody to me a while back and I waited all day and he never showed. I called and they called to tell me they'd find out what happened and 2+ months later I am still waiting. Our building's exterminator is useless. I need someone solid.

We've used Broadway Exterminators -- located at Amsterdam Avenue and 98th Street. They've always shown up for appointments and have been very helpful.

I like Metro Pest Control. I've used them for the past 3 years on a consistent basis. They have never missed an appointment.
