It does look nice, and the area is considered very good, but $5K/month for a small 1-bedroom? Really?

the area sucks. it's near the holland tunnel.

I think I finally understand why this market has gotten crazy. this apartment was bought for $660K. And today, whatever the sale price is, they want $5K per month.
