The condo actually looks fine but I would not want to live in that area especially on the 4th floor. I work on that block and it is noisy, touristy, and all the restaurants are geared to business people. I think it would perfect for someone who spends a lot of time in NY on business and wanted a decent place to live when in town. Great park access though.

I think you can do substantially better for that price, unless -
You MUST live in that location and have a two bedroom (such as this is).
