Looking at all the 4th quarter numbers, it's interesting to think what building will be turned into nice rentals, and how a deflating bubble slows your rent increases.

I'm trying to imagine what the stories about the Manhattan bubble will look like in 20 years.

People camping out in line to buy fringe neighborhood condos...
Manicurists buying multiple properties...
Developers building on rooftops to squeeze in a few extra feet.
Two Trees selling stairwell bulkheads...
Folks renting out closets...
The attempted gentrification of Trenton and Patterson, NJ...
