Discussion about
hash it out here boys.
Lol.
i am think of making this a new series for threads that get hijacked by two battlers. it will give them a place to go head-to-head while leaving the original thread to itself.
i don't know that many of the other head-to-head battles on here but these guys hijack almost every thread that i have interest in.
can anyone suggest some other match-ups for future STREETEASY SMACKDOWNs (trademarked)
Hijack alert! Sniper, how's the deal working out?
documents are moving back and forth. that is all i will report for now. hopefully be able to give a full report later this week. i will keep you posted.
thanks for asking.
Great! Glad to hear it's moving forward.
lololol

Actually, I think I provide useful information that is related to the subject of the thread. Mr. Burkhardt is always pushing his alternative real estate business plan. I don't even link to my website anymore for my sale, which is something you used to do all the time, sniper. ;-)
that's not fair. i still link to my website plenty!

(unabashedly, i might add)
sniper,
I knew you could come up with that URL again. ;-)
I owe Mr. Burkhardt an apology, it was Streetwise123 who called me a total mental case, in this post:

407PAS...Good luck selling your apartment. I think everyone that has seen it on this site will be sure to stay away from it because its seller is a total mental case!
Bye!"
It took me a while to find the post.
For those who are sketchy on StreetEasy history, Streetwise123 is:

Tech_guy....I am not a broker, 3rd grade teacher actually.
I guess I just feel that in this market the more exposure you can get for your apartment the better. Once people call the broker for the address they can then make the decision if the area is for them or not. Someone might not be considering this area, then see the apartment pictures, price etc. and then begin to consider it. Can't hurt and I bet the Corcoran apartment is sold looooong before the FSBO is.
"
So, this whole thread came about when I pointed out that my broker-represented competition was posting under the wrong zip code in order to get more exposure. Our friendly third grade teacher thought that behavior was just fine, so I replied:
"Hey Streetwise123,
Please teach your 3rd graders to tell the truth. I guess by your logic I should be advertising my apartment as a high-end Park Avenue listing because look at the exposure I would get. Sigh.
We'll see about your claim. Free Market Economy.
"
Anyway, my apologies again, Mr. Burkhardt, we can go back to disagreeing about each other's property. You don't like my unit, I don't like the units you represent.
Apology accepted.
Yeah, sorry man, I mixed you up with that meddlesome third grade teacher, lots of laughs, or lol as everyone likes to post.
