w67 -- could you possibly be referring to http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/talk/discussion/13782-elliman-broker-shawn-felker ??????
Yup, that's the one. The paddy wagon is coming to round us all up.
I think Mr. F could use some PR help at this point. This has been a text book case of how not to handle PR mishap.
w67thstreet, definitely feel free to attack whomever you wish, but please remember the rules about an appropriate, characteristic w67thstreet posting so we know it is legit:
all posts must have at least one from group A, and one from group B
A
1 - word ending in a "z"
2 - LMAO somewhere in the post
3 - "yep yep" style barking
B
1 - Reference to Porsche, Rolex or Yacht
2 - Bragging about your children's trust fund
3 - Insulting the real estate industry and in the same breath saying you are a commercial landlord
4 - A nasty Robin Hood type class argument against people who aren't a Horatio Algier hero like you claim to be
5 - Reference to how much you benched and squatted
6 - Reference to your GPA and percentile on your standardized exams
Bonus - Group C
1 - Reference to supposed penis size
2 - Funny spelling of a woman's body part
group B is incomplete. It should include an option 7 - Reference to wife being a doctor
Yeah -- you're really slacking off, piggie.
Good point, but sidelinesitter, remember according to aboutready (who can't respond to me because I'm on ignore), "haven't you even noticed your lack of support? plenty of people aren't happy with me and w67th, yet none of them have a kind word for poor shrimpie."...
spelled it correctly, thxs Alan.
Kosher boy,
funny but, as usual...worthless.
W67,
let this shawn thing die.
dead by me falco...
falcogold1, of course if you insist. After all, your impartiality is not in question

Did someone say sailboat?
W67, even though we are new friends, over the years I have been known to be an excellent friend to those that own sailing vessels. Please keep this in mind for next season or late fall sailing. Where are you keeping it ...city island?
Can you give details? When did this happen?
Are you buying or hiring him to sell for you?
Kosher boy... I'm all about transparency, impartial to nothing.
Let me know when we are christening the "S.S. Shrimpi", I will be happy to come aboard and at no extra charge, insure all fish consumed have 5 fins. Let's call it the 'Mitzva' boat! We can argue all we want about RE, on the high seas...I'm your pal.
The guy missed an appointment. That's it. Hopefully he apologized and can move on with his life.
If just this year alone I had $1 for each client, prospect, counterparty, vendor, colleague, etc. who missed an appointment, called late, rescheduled (last minute), changed their mind, kept me waiting, etc., messed up legal documents, bad financial calculations, etc. I'd probably have $300 in my pocket, and probably no one to do business with in the future.
Get over yourself guy, a missed appointment is part of life. Stop being a bitchy girl.
No I'm not a broker. Things happen in all industries.
What firm is he with? Some firms in California have sanctions.
