Discussion about
That's an extra $3,300/month carry... and no at that price point, $580K in add'l mortgage is not tax ded. A straight up $3,300/month competing against Krishna... I wonder who goes to Four Seasons and who ends up in HoJo? That's for you shrimpiez.
Rolex, IWC, Yacht, Doctor, $$$$, big Pimpin!!!!
Thanks for calling me out on this thread.
It was obvious just from the title who started the topic - the combination of hostility and the reference to a "party" - said it all.
Can't teach an old dog new tricks.
(make sure to clean up after your "mess", that's not what the wife is for)
I believe the SE upgrade whereby the OP's handle is printed next to the post.. is a dead giveaway... but for an old Victorian hag like you... you should be happy to "get" the internet.
Howz the lack of a "real" life going for ya?.. that thing in your bedside drawer don't count. Don't you "miss" the real thing? Remember "pain is inevitable, suffering is optional."
back to OP. What'ja think.. is it time to "buy, buy buy!!!!" What's your "professional" opinion on NYC RE? I mean good at $1500psf, gotta be buying tons at $800psf, no?
Hey doggie, why the "haterade" for Neda and Chris and Krishna?
Oh, and the SE upgrade with the OP isn't on the front SE page. Remember doggie, there's more than one way to skin a cat.
MEOW!!!! GOTZ much love for Krishna... she kicks ass (financially at this moment).. .whether she got cat scratch fever too early remains to be seen, but I believe she could've held off another year, another 30%, but who knows maybe she has terminal Cancer and just won the lottery and is "dying" to live there... WTF does a shrimp or a successful guy named after street know? Except, I DO KNOW, NYC RE will continue to follow ARIZONA.
Well, after all doggie, you are the Warren Buffett of Streeteasy.
" well I AM YOUR F'n WARREN BUFFET"
(ps, two 't's in Buffett)
Spelled like titties, no. I'm from a foreign country, imagine how many more rolexes, yachts and $$ I couldve hade ife I couldve apelled corectly.
doggie, you are such a story of triumph and of all things good and pure. Don't ruin it by being sloppy. And then doing further shatter our pristine image of you by making excuses.
Remember: best businessman, best landlord, best husband, best father. Nothing but the best for our little chihuahua / rottweiler mixed-breed.
Glad you aspire to be the second best. Someone'z got to turn the keys for my kids openhouses someday, hopefully your old hag ass can still remember the address and have enough strength to turn the kids or does your entire family have this 'second best gene?'
yes doggie, you guessed it. Since you think I'm a broker, it would make sense that given you are a landlord you believe you are superior.
Did you know that within the lower caste in India there are still striations?

To deny the truth is to be a broker. Your point being?
Well, that's the $64,000 question.
I'm struggling to remember when you posted something last with a clear point. After I take out the penis jokes, the vagina jokes, the words ending in z, the LMAOs, the bragging, the hostility, and the hypocrisy, I don't see anything left in your posts that could constitute a "point".
Get this straight shrimpie and take notes.... I don't like lemmings... lemmings that buy at the top, RE broker lemmings, banker lemmings.. .tons of them around in every field... i respect a w81, KeithB, ( people and agents that are trying to change to system)... but the last i checked, there aren't parents grooming their kids to go into being a RE Borker. You don't enter a 5th ave mansion and see portrait after portrait of Smith, Smith Jr, Smith II, Smith III and on and on with each successive generation being a RE broker.... seriously, I doubt Babs Corcoran is sending her son into College w/ direct instructions to take only RE borker classes.
people go into NYC RE, bc they "choose" scheduling freedom and easy $$ over starting their own business or taking on risk or having a skill set that sets them apart. It's like a travel agent, right b/f the "INTERNET." To me the last line in the sand is the 6%... once that breaks... it's c u in the food line kind of a world for you guys... so think of me as the canary in the coal mind... except I use cuss words. bbbbbbbbbbeeeeyyyyyyatchhhhhhhhh ! Hag, yep your spelling acumen got you into a DEAD END career. GODZ LUCKZ TO YOU AND YOURZ PEOPLE....
people go into NYC RE, bc they "choose" scheduling freedom and easy $$ over starting their own business or taking on risk or having a skill set that sets them apart.
Interesting POV.
Aren't you the guy who stays home all day? And naked ("i type naked... it's feels so freeing...." http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/talk/discussion/14041-are-all-new-yorkers-exhibitionists)
Aren't you the guy who hasn't yet chosen his career at nearly 40 years old, "And commercial ll does not 'define' me as a career, as I am still young and had a hand in an IPO, was/is a banker, student, educator, Father etc. Etc. Etc. When the time is ripe I can 'choose' how I will define myself in the future." (http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/talk/discussion/8782-sale-at-33-west-67th-street-10mn - note, same link as the discussion about the caste system in India).
How do YOUR parents feel about you waiting until "the time is ripe"?
How do YOUR parent's feel about you hanging out home naked typing on streeteasy?
How do they feel about your language? Would your mom who taught you how to make beaded jewelry at the age of 8 be a little ashamed at how her son has become a "bbbbbbbbbbeeeeyyyyyyatchhhhhhhhh"
LMAO. actually w/ the RE inflation you and your peoplez propogated, it's more like the $6.4MM question soon to be $6.40 question. Given the fact, your "point" is to endlessly follow me around... herez some threads for thought;

w67th -- "need a husband to buy..." A bit misogynistic. non?
I take having kids and raising them very seriously. I am in the position of "doing" as I please monetarily. I "choose" to wait out this shitstorm and if you don't think I am gonna be trading in a couple of years when all the airz been deflated in this thing... you are sadly mistaken. I dance on other people's graves... i'm shining my dancing shoes.
What you don't understand iz, for a guy like me, ONE bad move and Ize got to go back to the old 9-5 grindz. I've made tons of good moves and I wasn't about to piss it away/or transfer wealth to a RE broker/flipper in 2003-2007. Like I said, I've made $1.3MM to be stay at home dad for the last year... I actually, LOVE IT. MY WIFE COMPLETELY ADORES the fact I am so hands on with the kids and I am giving to my kids the time my parents were not able to spend w/ their kids in this country.
later, kids swim lessons are done... wife is done doing her 16 mile run.. and I'ze got to wash my Porsche 997TT and then order a tiller extension for my yacht. LATER bbbbbeeeytchhhhhhhhhhhh!
Yes, thank you, those are some of my favorite ones from you
#2 about Carlyle. Just a start to your insanity - talk about your 400 lawsuits and your ex-wife
#3 about price undercutting. Same hostile nasty tone as this thread. Same disdain for people.
#4 your "apology" where you went off into some dangerous rant about that had to be deleted (check it out, but keep in mind that there are several posts by doggie that were deleted because of the sensitive nature of the topic he and he alone raised)
Hey, where is the one about you advocating war and killing in the middle east? Oh, I know, I keep bringing it up even though it was deleted.
Mom and dad must be proud.
And your wife who is a doctor must think her "best" husband is such a great member of society, protecting us from the "lemming" instinct.
oh now, manhattanfox, w67th has to make up for the fact that it is his wife who is the real professional and breadwinner in the family.
Krishna is a girlz name... if it was a boy, I'd a said a wife.... : ) or partner.... but funny how it took a "couple" to swing the $1.83MM but only one person is listed for $1.25MM (i'm not saying it's not defaulted to a couple for krishna, but if she was buying w/ a husband/partner/trust fund... why not listed......
at least you can read piggie... should work on your "inner" shrimp....
"I dance on other people's graves..."
Isn't that really it?: w67th isn't trying to help people. He's actually happy about other people's problems. He wants other people to have more problems. And then he wants to brag about how he is superior to the others with problems.
folks like mimi think that w67thstreet is "funny" and so that his hatred of others disguised as big talk and slang is 'ok'. I hope other readers are more sensible when they view this self-described grave dancer.
make it two votes for the man and none for the crustacean.
Yo CC! Did you chk you email... she's a beauty.....got it from a "contractor" who needed to "relieve" himself of some of his "toys" when the RE recession hit... did someone say "living within your income?"
shrimpie... I took that from a RE conference in 1998 where the guest speaker was Sam Zell.... the "tag" line was the grave-dancer.... enjoy your career choice.... cat food on sale Gristedes on aisle 7.... if you show your RE borker ID, an additional 10% off say w67thst sent you....
